How do I measure my hay roll?
 Most standard sizes are 4ft, 5ft or 6ft.
It is very simple to measure, you just need a measuring tape and measure across the top of the roll.
Can I put a bigger net on a smaller roll?
Yes, you can. Any excess netting can be pulled under the roll and hidden from your horse's feet.
My horse has shoes, can I use a net?
We recommend all our nets are kept out of reach from shod feet. A metal feeder can be used over the top of our net.
Can other livestock eat from these nets?
Yes, Our nets are frequently used with a range of animals.
We recommend they are kept away from horned animals.
How long does it take for my order to be made and sent?
Our goal is get your order out no later than the follow business day.
While we do have a large amount of stock, all our nets are made here in Victoria and checked over to ensure we keep our high level of quality.
At peak periods some orders can take around 2 days to dispatch, but most are sent the same day as the order is placed.

How do I track my order?
All our orders are sent via Australia Post
Packages are registered with a Tracking Number that we will email to you.

 What are your delivery options?
Australia Post or you are welcome to pick up from us in Heathcote, Victoria.
All orders are shipped within 1-3 Days from order date. You will be contacted if we have a delay in the order.
All orders will be received no later than 14 days from shipping date.
We offer Standard and Express Post Shipping, please note that Express Post doesn't mean it will be sent same day as ordering - Handling times still apply.

You have the option for Signature on delivery for extra comfort. Without this AusPost may leave the parcel somewhere safe. We are not responsible for Australia Post.
